How do I place an order at Echohome?

Follow these steps to complete your purchase:
1. Select Products: Choose your desired category and products. Specify the quantity and any variations, if applicable.
2. Add to Cart: Click the “Add to Cart” button to add the selected products to your shopping cart.
3. View Cart: At the top right corner of the page, you can see the number of items and the total cost in your cart. To view your shopping cart, click the “To checkout/view shopping cart” button.
4. Update Cart: If you need to remove or change the quantity of items, use the “Remove” or “Change/Add” buttons, then click the “Update” button.
5. Proceed to Checkout: Once all your items are in the cart, click the “To checkout/view shopping cart” button, and then click the “Start checkout” button.
6. Enter Details: In the first step of the checkout process, enter your name and address. You can also specify a different delivery address if needed.
7. Shipping and Payment: Choose your preferred shipping option and payment method. Verify that your personal information is correct before clicking the “Continue” button.
8. Confirm Order: In the final step, you will receive your order confirmation and order number. This information will also be sent to the email address you provided.

Is it safe to order online at Echohome?

Yes, it is safe to order online at Echohome. We use the official Shopify Payment to ensure secure online transactions. Your credit card information is handled exclusively by our payment service provider, and we will never ask you to provide this information via email.

What should I do if my delivery is damaged upon arrival?

If your delivery shows obvious damage, you must immediately report it to the transportation company and refuse to accept the shipment. Additionally, please contact our customer service to help us file a claim against the transportation company. For hidden damages, report them as soon as you notice, but no later than 5 days after receiving the shipment. You can report hidden damages through our return portal

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can easily cancel your order through your account on our website. You can cancel your order until it has been packed in our warehouse. After this point, your order will be delivered to you, and you will have the option to return it instead.

Can I exchange or return my purchase if I do not like it?

To return your product(s), inform us (Email: info@echohome.eu) by sending a clear statement. This can be done through our return portal, by post, or by email. 

You must send back the goods without delay after approved by Echohome, and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. The direct cost of returning the goods, including customs and handling fees, will be your responsibility.
